Villa Nel Rosa is a new 3 bedroom detached villa adjoining open countryside, located on the edge of a small village, 10 minutes drive from the coastal resort of Zelena Laguna and the historic town of Porec.

The villa accommodates six people comfortably, with a double bedroom and two twin rooms (one with bunk-beds). There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge (if needed).

The villa has a private swimming pool (approx 8m x 4m).

The accommodation comprises a large lounge, separate dining area and fully fitted kitchen.  The Villa has a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The lounge and dining area have direct access to a covered veranda, which overlooks the pool and a large south facing patio.

There is secured parking for two vehicles to the left of the villa.

A small shop for essential supplies is within a 2 minute walk and several excellent restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
